Near Freezing Temperatures Possible Over The Inland Areas Saturday Night ...

Saturday: Sunny, with a high near 62. Wind chill values as low as 29 early. North wind between 7 and 11 mph.
Saturday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 34. North wind around 8 mph.
Sunday: Sunny, with a high near 63. North wind between 8 and 13 mph.
Sunday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 37.

Hazardous Weather: A cold air mass will settle over the region for the weekend with low temperatures falling into the mid 30s early Saturday morning and into the lower 30s early Sunday morning. Patchy frost along With near freezing temperatures will be possible over a few low lying wind sheltered areas early Sunday morning.

Forecast Details:. Saturday/Sunday night...much cooler Saturday with highs only in the lower 60s. Models indicate gradient begins to relax some during the night which will help set up a drainage flow and allow low temperatures to fall to near freezing across the inland areas. Appears duration of freeze too isolated and minimal for a watch at this time.

Sunday/Sunday night...the cool air mass lingers over the area with highs in the lower to middle 60s. Flow becomes northeast which brings in a few coastal clouds. Atmosphere does begin to modify as the long wave trough begins to lift out. Not expecting any widespread freezes Sunday night but still may have a few pockets of near freezing temperatures of frost.
