...Record Breaking Warmth To Continue Today...
Today: Patchy fog before 9am. Otherwise, partly sunny, with a high near 89. Calm wind becoming south between 5 and 8 mph.


Tonight: Patchy fog after 2am. Otherwise, mostly cloudy, with a low around 66. Light and variable wind.


Hazardous weather: isolated thunderstorms will be possible during the afternoon and evening hours.
Areas of fog will be possible late tonight over inland areas including patchy dense fog.

Forecast Details: very warm and moist conditions expected again today with continuation of south/southwest steering flow pushing maximum temperatures into upper 80s and low 90s. Atmosphere has enough moisture to kick off a few isolated showers/storms this afternoon mainly over southeast portion similar to yesterday's activity and also southeast Georgia. Showers linger into the evening over Marion County. Then after midnight an upper trough pushes a cold front into central Georgia possibly kicking off isolated storms over southeast Georgia. Also low stratus and patchy dense fog is expected late tonight especially inland areas. Mild low temperatures in the upper 60s to low 70s continue.
