Today: Mostly sunny, with a high near 90. East wind between 8 and 14 mph.
Tonight: Patchy fog after 2am. Otherwise, partly cloudy, with a low around 67. East wind between 6 and 9 mph becoming calm.
Forecast Details: Mean layer (1000-500 MB) ridge will continue to be anchored north of the area with a persistent easterly flow bringing occasionally breezy conditions to coastal counties. Precipitable waters are forecast to remain less than 1.5 inches through Thursday night and with these dry conditions any showers moving onshore will quickly dissipate and rainfall amounts will be meager. Due to the distance from ridge axis, the southern tier will have a slight chance for rain showers. The onshore flow will keep highs in the lower 90s farther inland each day.
Lighter winds and mostly clear skies at night over inland areas will allow patchy fog late each night along with lows in the middle/upper 60s.
Today's Pollen Levels: 8.7 Medium High (on a scale to 12); Predominate Pollen: Ragweed, Grass and Chenopods.
