WANTED: Volunteers needed for the 12th Annual Great Air Potato Roundup!

Registration starts December 1, 2010.

The City of Gainesville is seeking volunteers to join in the fun and help protect the City’s conservation lands at the 12th Annual Great Air Potato Roundup on Saturday, January 29, 2011.

Registration for this event is required and starts December 1, 2010. Volunteers will be assigned to a site where they will gather air potatoes in the morning from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. 

Following the roundup, a celebration festival with food, music, T-shirts and prizes will be held at Morningside Nature Center located at 3540 East University Avenue, from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm.
