The Duckpond Neighborhood Association hosts its annual Candlelight Luminaries Holiday Tour from 6pm to 10 pm. Association members will light candles starting at 5pm around the Duck Pond from NE 5th Avenue to NE 10th Avenue, and along NE 6th Avenue leading to the Thomas Center


This year the tour also includes horse-drawn wagon rides. Rides will depart from the portico area of the Thomas Center every 15 minutes beginning at 6pm. City provides free refreshments, live music, Santa and tree lighting inside Thomas Center 7:30pm to 9:30pm.
