Ever wanted to go to a Pig Roast? You know whole pig falling off the bone…
In my time I've been to a couple, mostly using the "Cuban Method" in the post below, a couple in a "Caja China" which is a wooden box with coals on top and once in a bit wrapped in wet burlap with seasoning and veggies, buried and left to cook for about 12 hours (natures crock pot). Never had one on a spit like in the second post.
