Sauce Recipes...

Mustard BBQ Sauce (Carolina Style)

2 cup White Vinegar
2 Tbs. Cayenne Pepper
2 Tbs. Mustard
1 Tbs. Salt
1 Tbs. Sugar or Splenda

Mix together, will keep a month if refrigerated.

St. Augustine Sour Orange Sauce

2 cup Sour Orange Juice
3 stems Cilantro
2 stem Mint
2 glove Garlic
2 Datil Peppers
1 Red Onion

If you can't get sour oranges use equal parts grapefruit, orange & lemon. Chop cilantro, datil pepper, mint, crush garlic and fine dice onion, add to juice. Let steep for 2 days in the refridge.
Strain to remove the seeds. Will keep up to a month if refrigerated.
