Sunny and breezy. Widespread frost early in the morning. Highs in the mid 60s. West winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts to 25 mph this afternoon.

Tonight
Mostly clear. Patchy frost after midnight. Lows in the upper 30s. West winds 5 mph

Hazardous Weather
There will be an elevated fire danger this afternoon for northeast Florida due to low humidity and strong winds.

Forecast Details
High clouds shifting southeast as upper level trough pushes east towards the East Coast. With clearing skies and light winds temperatures have fallen into the upper 30s and lower 40s. Frost expected early this morning over inland areas. A warming trend will occur the next few days as upper flow becomes more zonal with rising heights. Breezy conditions today as gradient tightens in response to clipper moving by to our north. Gusts up to 25 miles per hour possible this afternoon. Temperatures will warm this weekend to near average levels for late January.

... Red Flag Warning In Effect From Noon Today To 6 PM EST This Evening Due To Low Relative Humidity Values And Strong Winds... 

The National Weather Service in Jacksonville has issued a red flag warning which is in effect from noon today to 6 PM EST this evening. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect.

This afternoon dry air over the area will allow relative humidity values to fall below 35 % with winds of 15 mph and gusty at times. Minimum values near 30-35 % are forecast.
