Today: Mostly sunny, with a high near 88. Southeast wind between 8 and 11 mph.
Tonight: Partly cloudy, with a low around 63. Southeast wind between 3 and 10 mph.
High-pressure ridge will remain in place at the surface while moisture will ride north across the forecast area overtop the mid level ridge in place over the Gulf of Mexico. This will set the stage for partly cloudy conditions today and a continued onshore flow. While the NAM12 model is suggesting shower activity along sea breeze front pushing inland today the GFS and SREF models are both suggesting showers should remain close to the silent 10% levels and although a few sprinkles are possible. Highs will push into the mid/upper 80s inland. Tonight, mid level high over the Gulf of Mexico will continue to push northward over the region and expect mostly clear to partly cloudy skies with lows in the 60s. Some patchy fog possible in the 3-5sm range but not significant.
Today's allergy levels: 5.2-Medium, predominant pollen: Oak, Hickory/Pecan and Grass.
